Espace Europe's greatest asset
is its people. The success of the business is
solely dependent upon its staff, which is why
Espace is fully committed to developing its people
to achieve our objectives and aspirations. IiP
is a national standard that sets out a level
of good practice for the training and development
of people to achieve business goals.
|
In complying with the four
IiP criteria - Commitment, Planning, Action and Evaluating,
we were officially awarded the Investors in People
Standard in February 2004, illustrating our commitment
to improving business performance and competitiveness.
Our IiP Assessor said "It is impressive that a small/medium
size company is committed to introducing structure
where often informal processes can be thought sufficient".
Quote from karen Newman, Workforce Development Advisor,
Business Link Staffordshire "Espace were already using
many of the principles of IiP when they committed to
it in March 2003, but recognising that adopting a continuous
improvement approach would bring even greater returns
to the business. Well done to all at Espace, you really
deserve this extremely prestigious accolade".
